Caroline has dedicated over 30 years to the care industry, beginning her career as a care assistant. Her journey has been marked by a commitment to improving the lives of others and ensuring the highest standards of care and justice.

For over 8 years, Caroline has served as a CQC (Care Quality Commission) Inspector, where she has worked diligently to ensure that care services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and respect. Her efforts have directly contributed to enhancing the quality of care for countless individuals.

Before her role as a CQC Inspector, Caroline worked as a Probation Service Officer, supporting individuals facing significant challenges and helping them find brighter paths forward. This experience deepened her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

Currently, Caroline is a registered senior Social Worker, a role she has held for 13 years. In this capacity, she manages project teams, mentors social workers, and ensures that decisions made on behalf of vulnerable individuals are thoughtful and fair.

In addition to her roles in the care industry, Caroline serves as a Magistrate in family courts, contributing to her community by upholding fairness and justice.

Caroline also runs a successful care consultancy company, leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience to support consultants and providers in delivering exceptional care. She has helped providers improve their ratings from inadequate to outstanding. Previously, she served as the Head of Quality for a national care company, where she played a key role in maintaining and enhancing care standards.

Throughout her career, Caroline has been driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Her dedication, integrity, and expertise contribute to the betterment of the care sector.
